The following list shows the standard settings of the different roles. We can always add or remove settings from roles. Or we can create completely new roles such as Headquarters.

Manager
(this is the highest position within the account)

  • Create and edit all schedules.
  • Add and edit staff.
  • View and edit contracts and salaries of all staff.
  • View surplus/shortfall hours and holiday hours and make corrections to this data.
  • Request hour registration.
  • View all statistics; in the schedule and the extensive statistics module, in which reports can be requested.
  • Enter revenue.
  • Confirm shifts.
  • Introduce rules related to reporting unavailability.
  • Create or adjust template schedules.
  • Easier planning through the planning board.

Planner

  • Create and edit all schedules.
  • The planner has a number of restrictions with regard to staff data. The planner cannot view or edit contracts and salaries.
  • Confirm shifts.
  • Introduce rules related to reporting unavailability.
  • Create or adjust template schedules.
  • Easier planning through the planning board.

Employee

  • Can view own schedule.
  • If desired, employees can register their own hours. The manager and/or planner can edit the times at any moment and can then confirm the hours.

PAY ATTENTION!
We can adjust the rights of the roles. For example, you can give a planner insight into the statistics during planning, but not in the extensive statistics module, where all kinds of extensive reports are requested.
